Got this as a forward. Thought I'll post it here for posterity. Lots of dishes (veggie ones, of course) I hadn't heard of at all and they are in the must try list..! What a sad state of affairs :(
Now, another reason to travel to all the different states of India.

I think I should ask Nags to make that red ants chutney that seems to be famous in Chattisgarh. mmm..just thinking about it makes my mouth water!!
